Wonderful, thorough and super knowledgeable! They were able to solve a mystery and fix a leak at my parents house and do the same thing at our house all within 2-3 days start to finish. No cutting corners! They use quality products and make sure they fix anything they find. Very affordable as well which surprised me. Mitch and his crew did an amazing job with repairing our roof. I wasn't ready to commit to a re-roof yet, but I wanted both honest assessments of how long our current roof can last and roughly how much a roof replacement would cost. I had a couple of other roofers check out our roof, and while they were able to identify parts of existing issues, it was clear that Mitch's 30+ years of experience outdone all of them with regards to the assessment and repair plan. Mitch's feedback encompassed all of the other roofer's assessment and more.
As a new home owner, I had a lot of questions for him that I also asked other roofers. After cross-referencing what I learned during the quoting process from different roofers and later researching everything discussed, I became more confident about picking Mitch and his crew.
One unique aspect I liked about Mitch's crew is that they are all trained to hand nail the shingles. Since Mitch has had the same crew for years, they all have peer-vetted workmanship quality that comes from years of hands-on experience. Other roofers tend to use nail guns which can be prone to sloppiness. The consensus online is that professional hand nailing is superior, and Mitch's crew gave that confidence to me.
From receiving the repair quote to scheduling and getting the work done, Mitch and his crew were very professional. I got prompt updates about the repair timeline and when they finally came, they got the job done within the estimated duration. They also kept the worksite very clean, which I very much appreciated.
With regards to the re-roof estimate, I can confirm that their price was very competitive and fair. The quote was also very comprehensive and demonstrated deep expertise in roofing. In a year or two, I'll definitely be reaching out to them again to reroof my home. I plan to have them be my go-to roofers moving forward.

My roof was very old and had several leaks, and I needed a complete roof replacement. I called Mark and we scheduled a time for him to come out to inspect the property and give me a price quote and job availability date. He was on time, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions as a first time homeowner.
Complete info was provided, with a product color brochure, details about the construction quality, pricing, and warranty/guarantee. We talked about color choices for my house, the neighborhood, and he gave a recommendation, which I agreed with. The quote was very reasonable and less, often much less, compared to jobs on other similar houses that I knew about. I really enjoyed talking with him each time that I did; he's very friendly and personable.
The job was schedule shortly thereafter (little to no waiting), and the materials were delivered on a Saturday for the scheduled Monday installation. The work itself was completed all in the same day, which really surprised me. Just 12 hours, from 7am to 7pm, to remove the old roof, repair any wood, install the new edging, new shingles, vents, ridge vents, ridge caps, chimney flashing, and also included total cleanup afterwards.
Drop tarps were used on the ground perimeter, to catch the old shingles and related trash, and at the end of the day when those were removed, the area was also checked for any stray nails. All of this was really fantastic. I never imagined it would go so quickly. The work itself was extremely professional, and the crew was always very nice and considerate.
The finished look is really amazing and I could not be happier. Every time I come home now, I see the new roof, the new, slightly different roof color, the much improved look of the whole house, and am very happy. Now, when it rains, I no longer have to worry about catching leaks or wonder where another might occur.
I'm extremely satisfied with the job, no complaints whatsoever, and highly recommend Mark and his company.
